The platform had repeatedly asked Ryan to verify because subscribers reported distress looked real.
Ryan responded with clips where I said:
“I consent.”
“These scenes are staged.”
“No one is hurting me.”
Those statements were not true.
Hidden-phone recordings captured threats around at least three.
That transformed what Ryan called performance into evidence of deception.
Federal prosecutors considered wire-fraud theories because he obtained money from viewers/platform through materially false representations about consent.
Not because every subscriber deserved sympathy.
Because payment system relied on representations.
Platform refunded some subscribers.
Frozen remaining payouts.
Ryan’s gross channel revenue around $96k.
Margaret’s LLC received most.
Investigators traced roughly $61k to Ryan after expenses/transfers.
No millions.
Ryan’s boast:
Millions are going to watch you break.
A lie for ego.
I found that strangely healing.
Not because eighty-four strangers were fine.
