She sold house voluntarily to satisfy legal costs and financial judgment? Let's be careful: she owned home with equity. Some could be forfeited if proceeds commingled? Better say she refinanced/sold to meet restitution and fees. Fine.
Before sentencing she looked at me for first time without contempt.
