She did not testify against Mauricio at trial initially? Maybe she pled and agreed statement but refused live? Let's have plea included truthful cooperation, but prosecutors only used records, not her testimony because they had Colin. She did provide asset locations.
At plea hearing, judge asked:
“Did you know invoices contained amounts for work not performed?”
“Yes.”
“Did you know your daughter-in-law had not approved these vendors?”
Long pause.
“Yes.”
That answer closed something inside me.
