Julian requested supervised visitation.

Whatever happened between spouses, father child bond should not disappear.

House exclusive possession to me.
Julian’s attorney tried claiming marital interest in property.
Sarah produced deed.
Inheritance documentation.
Dad’s letter.
State law treated inherited property separately unless transmuted or marital contributions created limited claims.
Julian had never been added to title.
No transfer.
No funded refinance.
There were some marital funds used for improvements.
Roof repairs.
HVAC.
Kitchen work.
Those could be evaluated financially later.
