Actually could be marital. Let's say I owned before marrying Claire? That simplifies. The Naperville house purchased with Anna two years before she died, then remained mine as premarital to Claire, though mortgage payments during marriage could create marital contribution claims.
Claire had financial interest in some appreciation and joint accounts.

She attempted requesting visitation as psychological parent? After four years step-parenting, Illinois step-parent visitation limited and usually parent death/incapacity etc. With me fit and opposing, she had little basis. She did not pursue after counsel advice.
