Then personal transfers.

“Family vacation.”
“Was Arden on cruise?”

Then Jennifer.

“Did you know Keaton pasted Arden’s signature?”
“I knew he created authorization.”
“Did you tell him?”

“Why would they be nervous?”
“Because name on deed differed.”
He knew.
Then Memorial Day:
“Why tell relatives not to post?”

Dad’s face hardened.

“She always thought being nurse made her better.”

“She stopped needing us.”

Sarah said scheme net $138,840 plus property wear, insurance costs, attorney fees, taxes.
