The court imposed eighteen months custody, followed by supervision, with report date delayed several months to allow transition planning for Noah and medical recovery.
That delay angered people online when case became public.
I understood it.
Babies are not sentencing tools.
Arrangements were made.
Clara’s sister Monica became temporary caregiver during incarceration with Glen’s consent and family court approval because Glen’s case remained pending.
Noah had stability.
