Owen faced criminal endangerment, complicity in coercion, false reporting, and related conduct.
Federal charges centered on fraudulent mineral option scheme, forged authority documents, and interstate communications.
Venn was charged federally.
Celia and Grant too.
Owen’s cooperation affected federal exposure.
No kidnapping count merely because dramatic.
I voluntarily entered van.

Ruth told me:
