Everyone expected Margaret’s will to cause another war.
It did not.

Company shares placed into diversified structures.
No child got controlling block.
Daniel received assets.
Vanessa received assets protected from company governance.
Lily and Ethan trusts.
Charitable gifts.
No surprise throne.
No “worthy heir.”
Her personal letter began:
If anyone is arguing about who got more while reading this, I have failed again.
We laughed through tears.
To Vanessa:
You were never valuable because you were brilliant.
To Daniel:
You were never valuable because you kept peace.
To me:
You were never an outsider once you chose to stay.
I cried.
Then:
And Claire, please stop auditing my grammar.
I had corrected her emails often.

Margaret left staircase camera? No, destroyed.

No.
Good.
No symbols required.
Her final instruction for family company:
Professional governance shall not be treated as disloyalty.
That sentence entered bylaws later.
Vanessa attended funeral quietly.
No drama.
Afterward she asked me:
“Do you forgive me?”
I hated question.

She nodded.
“That’s okay.”
Then I added:
“I don’t hate you anymore.”
