Crescent Meridian Hotels.
Some old Cross properties kept historical names.
Daniel sold portion of trust interest after release to satisfy taxes/restitution and diversify.
Vivian deceased.

The hotels did not die.
Employees stayed.
Guests still checked in.
That was the final financial outcome.
Hartwell had exited years earlier.
No Hartwell ownership.
My father had not “taken” company.
