Dissolved after Victoria plea.
Tax returns corrected.

Eleanor paid taxes? IRS adjusted where sham deductions etc.
Vance restated financials but impact manageable.
Lender kept facility.
Auditors issued controls remediation.
No SEC? Private company likely.
Then board.
Nathan permanent CEO.
