The trust court moved quickly.
Not instantly.

Michael Grant filed an emergency petition to suspend Robert as trustee pending accounting.
Evidence:
Unexplained distributions.
Payments to related party Ryan.
Robert’s admission.
Potential risk to remaining assets.
The judge issued temporary suspension.
A professional fiduciary, Lakeview Trust Services, took control.
Balance:
$427,318.
No further family withdrawals.
Robert’s access ended.
My parents’ attorney called it an overreaction.
The judge disagreed.
“Beneficiary is a minor. Related party distributions require scrutiny.”
That was enough.
