Handed back.
Then he said:
“I thought Lily was pretending.”
But footage showed her leg bent unnaturally.

“Why force her upright?”
“I was helping.”
Lily’s scream on a tourist’s phone video outside hotel contradicted.
A woman from Chicago had recorded because she thought hotel staff might need evidence after seeing a teenager crying.
The clip showed Mark pulling Lily by the arm.
Lily:
“Stop! I can’t stand!”
Mark:
“You’re walking.”
Diane:
“Do not reward this.”
Me:
“Mom, maybe we should…”
Diane:
“No.”
Then me helping.
I hated watching.
But I did.
No cropped innocence.
I was there.
Then Mark’s biggest lie.
He claimed he did not know about Noah’s assault video before stairwell.

Before we left Boston.
Lily’s leg already purple.
Mark’s priority documented.
Then Diane contacted same consultant.
Subject:
False accusation by jealous cousin.
They had built story before we reached Connecticut.
Then police found the hotel’s emergency stairwell door log.
The upper fire door had an alarm bypass activated using guest services key.
How?
Diane had persuaded a hotel housekeeper earlier to let her borrow a service key because “her granddaughter had locked herself out.”
The housekeeper did not know why.
But surveillance showed Diane testing the stairwell door twenty minutes before incident.
She had checked location.
This was more planned than even Lily knew.
Not a plan to break leg.
A plan to corner her somewhere hidden and take phone.
The fracture was an escalation.
Still serious.
Then Diane’s lawyer argued:
She never told Tyler to shove.
True.
But she helped create coercive confrontation and cover-up.
Police investigated potential unlawful restraint, evidence tampering, contributing to assault, witness intimidation.
Charges would depend prosecutor.

I answered once.
“Rachel, Tyler is going to be expelled.”
