Evelyn and Robert Kane added the male heir language later.
They wanted Luke obsessed with producing a son because obsession made him easier to direct.
The forged amendment promised him control.
A private side agreement placed actual property authority with Evelyn and Kane.
Even if Eli had been transferred into family custody, Luke would never have controlled the assets.
His mother planned to use him, then remove him through the psychiatric and domestic records she had collected.
The clinic notes described Luke as impulsive, violent, and financially dependent.
Evelyn documented his rage while encouraging it.

Her name was Rebecca Lane.
She had dated Luke six months before he met me.
The note beside her name read:

Luke had not simply fallen in love with the wrong woman.
The family had tested someone else first.
Rebecca was alive.
She agreed to speak with investigators.
She said Luke ended the relationship after she refused to stop sharing her location with her parents.
Evelyn called her controlling.
Luke called her disloyal.

Rebecca provided messages that strengthened the selection evidence.

A woman Luke dated briefly after Rebecca and before me.
