Then back at the passports.
"What are you doing?"
Elena's eyes remained calm.
"I'm taking them."
His face changed.
"What?"
"You signed the agreement."
Adrian stood suddenly.
"Where are you taking my children?"
The question came out louder than he intended.

He sounded afraid.

The attorney sitting at the end of the table quietly closed the file.
"Mr. Castillo, I suggest you review the agreement."

"What?"
The attorney looked uncomfortable.
"You signed several custody and relocation clauses."

"That wasn't what we discussed."

"That was what you signed."
