Chapter 22 - Henderson’s Last Appeal
Henderson appealed his license revocation.
He was entitled.
The state board reviewed.
His attorney argued:
Comments were harsh but pedagogical.
Wheelchair conduct mischaracterized.

Employment termination already sufficient.
The board agreed on one point.
Not every allegation should carry same weight.

Retaliatory educational practices.
